THE BASICS
2007 and 2006 W-2 Forms
2 most recent pay stubs
2 months statements for Checking, Savings, IRA's , 401k's, Investments, etc.
Copy of your Driver's License and Social Security card
Self Employed - 2007 and 2006 Tax Returns, all pages and schedules... Make sure they are signed and dated!Divorce decree, separation decree, child support agreement
Bankruptcy papers
If you have had any credit issues or late payments in your credit history, it would be helpful to write a letter of explanation to let the Underwriters know why and what the circumstances were, surrounding the late payments. (job loss, major illness, accident, etc)
A check for $295.00 payable to Fifth Third Bank. This will be a deposit towards your closing costs and will be applied to the appraisal bill.
